“格局” and “Let’s not waste time moving around, I’ll settle it for you” were the first few words that truly anchored something in me and from there, the rest is history. When you’re overwhelmed and hard on yourself internally, he remains the calmest person in the room, always finding a way to reassure you while quietly working to make things happen with his depth of knowledge and experience. A great leader or mentor makes you feel safe, supported, and confident that you’re in good hands. That alone is enough for me to continue this journey together, striving for a greater breakthrough. Thank you for the strong connections you build with those around you, and for constantly elevating your knowledge and experience in ways that uplift and benefit others. Jerry was introduced by our best friend who assured us that he's the bestest person in his industry. When we first knew Jerry we felt immediately at ease. That’s when i knew that he is different from other leaders, who cares about the well-being of his associates.​ I know that I am in good hands under his guidance and very lucky to have him as my mentor. Jerry is very patient and nurturing, an educator at heart. He take time off his busy schedule to conduct training sessions with us and ad-hoc video calls whenever I needed help.​ He’s always ready to respond to my questions even late at night. Since the day Jerry started in his current role, he manage our insurance policies for my immediate family members. Although we had advisers before him, we did not come across someone who is as responsible and hardworking as him.
