“Focus on your studies, I want you to do well in studies”, that’s was what Jerry told me during our first meet up. That’s when i knew that he is different from other leaders, who cares about the well-being of his associates.​ I know that I am in good hands under his guidance and very lucky to have him as my mentor. Jerry is very patient and nurturing, an educator at heart. He take time off his busy schedule to conduct training sessions with us and ad-hoc video calls whenever I needed help.​ He’s always ready to respond to my questions even late at night. Even though my journey have just started, I’m already looking forward to reach greater heights with Jerry and the team.​

I became a mother in 2012 and i made many new mummy friends through Facebook. At that time i was looking for an insurance agent to get some plans for my newborn. That was when I was introduced to Jerry in 2013 by one of the mummies, Irene. I got some plans for my son, followed by myself and my other family members as we feel that Jerry is a very knowledgeable and responsible person. Even though he is very busy with work, he would definitely meet in person to process claims or give financial advice. At that time, I was a relationship manager handing corporate accounts in a bank. He asked if I was interested to become a financial planner and join him in his mission to save more lives and help people in financial planning. I rejected him straight away as I have insecurities about financial stability as a self employed. It was after the birth of my second child that I started having problems striking a balance between family and work. Subsequently, I left my job at the bank and joined his team in early 2017. Since then, I never looked back... even though my first 2 years were tough. I am enjoying my job now! Jerry continues to handle some of my insurance plans, hence, he is now my planner, my friend, my mentor and also my boss. He gives me a lot of freedom in the way I run my business and he will review my performance regularly and update me on my progress for various campaigns and awards and motivate me to achieve more. Because of his constant support in this career, I am thankful that I was able to achieve MDRT this year despite the pandemic situation.

I met Jerry in 2015 where we started out as work partners. Throughout the years of supporting him as a BDM, I know he is definitely someone whom a person can trust fully in terms of personal or financial advice. I then decided to leave my insurance needs in his hands. Despite his ever busy schedule, he ensured that I’m aware he’s always still around. We’ve got to admit this, there are insurance agents out there who can never be found. Jerry went the extra mile in providing advice when I decided to take a leap of faith to purchase my first property. Without this, I would have been so lost in planning my finances.
