That’s when i knew that he is different from other leaders, who cares about the well-being of his associates.
I know that I am in good hands under his guidance and very lucky to have him as my mentor. Jerry is very patient and nurturing, an educator at heart. He take time off his busy schedule to conduct training sessions with us and ad-hoc video calls whenever I needed help.
He’s always ready to respond to my questions even late at night. I have talked to a few planners before eventually deciding to join Jerry’s team. One of the main reasons is that he gave me a very clear and objective view of the industry and what to expect etc. and he was very genuine in his sharing. Now, moving forward, Jerry is my mentor and he has inspired me to be a more hardworking individual.
