Jerry was introduced by our best friend who assured us that he's the bestest person in his industry. When we first knew Jerry we felt immediately at ease. We shared our concerns, financial backgrounds and our needs for insurance with him. He treats everyone like his closest friend and he shows compassion, knowledge and wisdom. Jerry is a typical example who goes beyond and above even though he is the boss himself and doesn't put on any airs with any clients, big or small. “Focus on your studies, I want you to do well in studies”, that’s was what Jerry told me during our first meet up. That’s when i knew that he is different from other leaders, who cares about the well-being of his associates.​ I know that I am in good hands under his guidance and very lucky to have him as my mentor. Jerry is very patient and nurturing, an educator at heart. He take time off his busy schedule to conduct training sessions with us and ad-hoc video calls whenever I needed help.​ He’s always ready to respond to my questions even late at night. Even though my journey have just started, I’m already looking forward to reach greater heights with Jerry and the team.​

Ever since I joined Jerry back then in Oct 2017, he has always been a role model that I looked up to in all aspect. Other than being a leader and a father of 3 girls, he is in the Product Committee & ALMA. On top of all these, he is also a producer in AIA. Despite having to handle so many things, he never once turned down his mentees and FSCs that approached him for help. Instead of spoon-feeding his consultants with direct answer, he would guide the consultants by giving them “homework” to do then learn from it. With all the stuffs that he is currently taking on, I am really in awe with his time management, self discipline and mental strength. To me, Jerry defines “Extraordinary”.​ “The difference between Ordinary & Extraordinary is that little extra.”​

Jerry has been my family’s trusted financial planner for many years. This all began when he aided my parents with their motor insurance. Unnecessary insurance costs were cut and it helped in the growth of my family business. Jerry, caring and knowledgeable, would always respond swiftly to the needs of my family. It is unfortunate that my family had to made a few claims over the years. However, with Jerry’s meticulous financial planning, all claims thus far were successful and it has greatly brought peace of mind to my family.
