Jerry was my (Rebecca) classmate in university and has always come across as a warm and helpful friend. Today, also as our financial advisor, he continues to give timely advice and a listening ear to our concerns. There were instances where we consulted him and his unassuming nature and objective perspective encouraged us greatly in our decision making process. Hong Yang (Year 6 AIA FSC)

Ever since I joined Jerry back then in Oct 2017, he has always been a role model that I looked up to in all aspect. Other than being a leader and a father of 3 girls, he is in the Product Committee & ALMA. On top of all these, he is also a producer in AIA. Despite having to handle so many things, he never once turned down his mentees and FSCs that approached him for help. Instead of spoon-feeding his consultants with direct answer, he would guide the consultants by giving them “homework” to do then learn from it. With all the stuffs that he is currently taking on, I am really in awe with his time management, self discipline and mental strength. To me, Jerry defines “Extraordinary”.​ “The difference between Ordinary & Extraordinary is that little extra.”​

Jerry is a leader that leads by example. Not only is he generous with the knowledge that he possesses, his team is his priority which is really assuring. When we need guidance during JFW, he never fails to be there.​

I first met Jerry in 2019 when I was curious about the financial industry and is looking for a good opportunity to join. I have talked to a few planners before eventually deciding to join Jerry’s team. One of the main reasons is that he gave me a very clear and objective view of the industry and what to expect etc. and he was very genuine in his sharing. Now, moving forward, Jerry is my mentor and he has inspired me to be a more hardworking individual. He has provided me with guidance in my journey as a student financial planner and he is always there to listen, help and give feedback even though he is very busy. It was a fruitful session with Jerry! It was eyeopening as it was my first time meeting a financial advisor and I didn’t know what to expect. But he patiently shared and educated me all the plans and the possible financial paths and decisions I can make now for the future. Jerry also made the policies' jargons easy to absorb and I think I now have a clearer view of the steps I should take to reach my goals. Overall, I look forward to learning more from him.
