When you’re overwhelmed and hard on yourself internally, he remains the calmest person in the room, always finding a way to reassure you while quietly working to make things happen with his depth of knowledge and experience. A great leader or mentor makes you feel safe, supported, and confident that you’re in good hands. That alone is enough for me to continue this journey together, striving for a greater breakthrough. Thank you for the strong connections you build with those around you, and for constantly elevating your knowledge and experience in ways that uplift and benefit others. I met Jerry in 2015 where we started out as work partners. Throughout the years of supporting him as a BDM, I know he is definitely someone whom a person can trust fully in terms of personal or financial advice. I then decided to leave my insurance needs in his hands. Despite his ever busy schedule, he ensured that I’m aware he’s always still around. We’ve got to admit this, there are insurance agents out there who can never be found.
