When you’re overwhelmed and hard on yourself internally, he remains the calmest person in the room, always finding a way to reassure you while quietly working to make things happen with his depth of knowledge and experience. A great leader or mentor makes you feel safe, supported, and confident that you’re in good hands. That alone is enough for me to continue this journey together, striving for a greater breakthrough.
